I love the fabric. Just about any pattern you use will look great.

My go to for cute juvenile fabric is warm wishes. Very easy pattern and it goes together quickly. I love instant gratification!

I love the warm wishes idea for these fabrics. I have made them with fabrics very similar to yours and it came out darling. I wish I had a pictures, but, there was an emergency involving a child going into the hospital and I had to rush to get it to her.

There is a snowball and nine patch I made that came out cute too. I will post a picture. I used the feature fabric as the backing too. The nine patch is a strip set and cut to 2 1/2 inches width and the feature block is cut to 6 1/2 inches. The snowball edges are 2 1/2 inch square sewn to each corner of the feature fabric. Join them together and there it is!

Awe ... Thanks so much wolph. A very easy quilt to make. I just stitched in the ditch of each intersecting block the width and length and quilted lines on the outside border. Added a binding ... Done!

Oh dear! How sweet of you to mention it. I hope it comes out darling. I know it is sure a fast one to make and cute, so I will cross my fingers for your little one to come out great too.
By the way, I would use a white in the nine patch with whichever color you decide on and use the other one for the outside border. That would give it a cohesive design. If you look close at mine, the background is a soft peach like my nine patch "neutral". I try to match the background for the feature fabric for the nine patches. You see?

this is a quick quilt. Can make a small one in a weekend
I agree. Warm Wishes is my go-to pattern when there is a print I want to highlight. And it's so fast and easy.

That fabric looks very similar to ones I used for a tossed 4-patch. It came out very cute.
