Not specifically, but I will say that in searches for specific fabrics I have ordered from dozens of random quilt shops all over the country and not once have I ever had a problem or dealt with anyone who wasn’t nice and helpful if I felt the need to talk to someone in person or by email.

I have not ordered from them either. All the quilt shops I have dealt with have been helpful and knowledge about any product they are offering. Since I do not have a LQS near me I am always ordering on line from all across the country I have only been disappointed once and that was from a larger conglomerate and not a LQS.
