    I agree with some ofthe others, think of it as an owl face not a monster and it is pretty and cute as can be.

    Maybe a large appliqué of an initial of the user right in the center to take away the monster you see but I do not?

    You could take apart the center seam (across the middle horizontally) and switch the top and the bottom. It'll look something like this:

    I think your quilt looks very nice. Sometimes when I have been working on something non-stop, I see all kinds of things no one else does.
