Default Need to Purchase New Cable

Can someone help me find a place to purchase a new cable for The Quilt Magician. I am receiving a message when I boot that the system cannot communicate. After checking everything else I believe it may be the 6 pin cable that connects the machine to the robot. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Looks like it is bundled with Tin Lizzies? I would contact them.

I have no idea what kind of cable this is, but if you can remove it, take it to a Radio Shack or another store that carries computer equipment. They may know what it is and how to get one.

Radio Shack or Best Buy (maybe even stop at the Geek Squad) would be where I would go. They could probably tell you the type of connection you need if they don't have it. Good Luck!

I have to agree with PaperPrincess. Go straight to the source.
