    I'm with Patrice, 11 or 14 depending on the thickness of the project and 16 or 18 for denim or heavier material. I believe in the KISS method.

    i didn't know they made size 12. verrrrry interessssssting, for sure.

    just what i needed. something else to hunt for just so i can test it. :roll:

    Well, I'm home now, so I'm going to put my stash away in the morning.
    I'll take pics of it and post, but I'm a bit tired at the moment.

    I've got the Universal's right here Patrice, it does indeed have 80/12's in it.

    Red tops? I've never heard of red tops. The green tops are the Schmetz piecing ones, and blue for denim (though I didn't find those much different).
