DH bought me a Janome MC350e while at the Knoxville Quilt Expo - I love it. Only trouble now is that I can't stop playing with it and I need to finish some quilts. What shall I do? (lol)

Embroider a design on your quilt, embroider a label for your quilt, if you quilt it yourself, find a redwork design or a one thread design and use it to quilt certain areas of your quilt. There, now you've finished your quilt AND played with your embroidery machine!Originally Posted by sidmona

Its hard having 2 hobbies like this. I have been into Emb about as long as quilting..I switch one to the other. There are alot of great sites out there! =) And more and more are doing quilt blocks in the hoop. =)

I love my 350e; it's a great machine. I don't use it very often, but it is sure handy when I want to do something and it's wonderful for quilt labels.
Have fun with it!

Give Hubby a big kiss!!!! What a sweetie! I've been wanting an embroidery machine forever. I keep trying to save the money, but life keeps happening and the money has to go for other things. Hope you enjoy your new toy!!!
