Where does one go to find a quilt store in Palm Springs area....from Canada and going in March.

I googled Palm Springs quilt shops and got, The Quilter's Faire and Monica's quilt and Bed Creation. Both in Palm Desert which is next to Palm Springs. If by chance you were to get to Anaheim while you're down there check out M and L Discount Fabrics. They're on Ball by Disneyland. Hugh selection and fantastic prices.

If you don't mind a short side trip up Hwy 62 toward Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley has Kim's Fabric Outlet. She isn't know as a "quilt store" per say..... but has a large selection of quilter's fabrics at very good prices. You can google her. I use her ALOT!!

Unless you like to drive, I would stay in the Palm Springs area: Anaheim is almost a 100 mile west of Palm Springs
