Default Pineapple Block ruler

I bought the Creative Grids Pineapple trim tool and love it! It made it so easy to make these pineapple blocks!
I'm thinking of changing the fabric of the corner triangles on the bottom right block. Just doesn't look quite right. I'm using skinny strips and a jelly roll entirely for these blocks. Don't know what I'm going to make with them or how many blocks I'm going to make. Any suggestions?

Very pretty start...right now those corners look strange but if you add more blocks with those same corners, it will look ok.

Lovely. I agree with Homespun - make more blocks and see how they mesh before changing the one.

I love this ruler as well.
One thing you could do is to use four different colors on each last corner - the light blue on one, the red on another, dark blue on the third, and something else (did I see a dark green?) on the last. Then when you join the blocks, put the same colors together to make a square of that color.

Very pretty blocks. Use whatever colors you like. If you aren't happy with them it will bug you.

It’s looking great so far...I don’t think I’d make any changes yet. Can’t wait to see as you complete more blocks. I don’t have the pineapple ruler but I love a few of the Creative Grid rulers I have purchased.

Looking Good!!! If nothing else put the one you're not fond of in the middle of the quilt. Make it think you meant to do it that way.

I have always loved the look of pineapple quilts, but never had the desire to try one. I got the ruler, and now have 7 blocks made and several more almost done. I'm using solids brights in the skinny strips and a jelly roll of the same for the corners. I'm using white on the alternating rows. I have quite a few Creative Grids rulers, finding that they make life so much easier when you are up to a challenge. And I think I will use them more than once. They are something I feel is well worth the money.

As far as your blocks, they look great the way they are, do what you want. Mix them up in a quilt and the not so good ones will look as good as the ones you love.
