Postcards
Years back our guild was sending out postcards as a secret sister project. It was so popular that we ran it for a second year. Now I have these beautiful quilted postcards in a box and would love to figure out something to do with them. I don't want to cover up the back because that's where the name and sweet little message is. Any ideas?

I'm wondering if they are exactly 4x6? I think 5x7 page protectors may work better. Could they be put into sleeves and displayed like photos? Or clothespin them to a cord. Another idea to make a wall hanging by attaching them together like quilt as you go?

When we moved, I was given farewell blocks. I displayed them on a line with tiny clothespins that I found in the craft section of the dollar store. Eventually I made them into a small throw for myself.

If you want to make a wall hanging or even a quilt depending on how many you have, do a Quilt As You Go joining with sashing and join them all together. If you need to, add a border (front/back with a small strip of batting) to each one before doing a Quilt As You Go joining and/or even add a quilted border around them all once they are joined with sashing.

I might take 2 layers of netting/tulle and place the postcards between the layers and sew between the cards to keep them in place. I would then put a dowel along the top and hang it in my sewing room.
