Sorry for the size. This is the photo on my phone.
I'd like the name of this, I really like it.

I like two color quilts more colors than that and I have to ask someone to help! color is not what I do best!

I just sort of made it....with the focus fabric all being the same size, and then a strip of white on the top and bottom. Then I alternated the blocks. In researching though, it looks a lot like Take Two. And I found a reference to that pattern on our board, though I couldn't seem to locate the pattern from the link provided. Maybe you will have better luck?

It should be easy enough to do without a pattern if I did. Promise.

I really like this example of the Drunkard's Path. Only two colors, and stunning.

Suggesting the disappearing hourglass. Missouri Star Quilt Company, Jenny Doan, has a video tutorial on youtube on how to make it and it looks great in two colors.

Very nice quilts. I like an Irish chain. It is not difficult at all.

I love this! It's amazing what new patterns can be created from simple elements. That magical some day when I have time I would love to get some quilting software AND learn how to use it so that I play around with blocks and come up with new combinations like this. The blues are beautiful.

I made a two color (plus a neutral background) quilt using the Missouri Star video about "Double Friendship Star." She talks about using jelly rolls but I just cut my own fabric into strips. It went very fast and I loved the fact that the second color stars "magically" appear when you put together the blocks.
