Quilt ruler cutter

Do you have or have you read a review on the quilt ruler cutter that is for sale in Nancy's Notions e-mail today?
It's 30% off and would probably buy it if it gets good reviews.

Which quilt ruler, cutter are you referring to. Went to her web site, did not see a combination quilt ruler cutter?

I have the original one by Fiskars. It was very confusing to use for me but after getting use to it, it's fast and no cutting accidents to worry about. I haven't used one of the new ones.
