    Look at every tutorial you can find and then try the one that looks easiest, to you. We don't all think alike, so what's easiest for one, may not be for another (and vice versa). You can do it!

    I haven't done a set in triangle for an 8 point star in ages. I much perfer to do the rectangle with the 2 squares on each end that you stich the diagonal sewm and cut off the extra fabric. It workd much better for me because you don't have to contend with the bias stretch as much.
