    Default Sewing Machine Needle Size Question
    This is probably a really lame question, but what is the difference in a Size16 "Jeans" sewing machine needle and a Size 16 sewing machine needle NOT marked as "Jeans", such as a Schmetz Universal sewing machine needle?

    Thanks for the info! I am machine quilting a couple of quilts with a 30wt thread and I am using a Universal 16, but kept seeing the Jeans 16 advertised as well. Glad I choose the right one!
