At first I didn't like it, had even plannd to return it but then once I actually started using it,corectly I might add, I use it all the time. All the time, my dear friend just thought it was awesome and wants one, so I got her one for Christmas, using a coupon of course. I know they don't work on some machines though. I have old vintage singers and some newer Janomes, that works well with it. So, yea I think they are worth it! Try it and if it isn't for you, return it!

I like mine. It is the pink version that winds the Viking bobbins. The white version needs some fixing to wind them. I find the Sidewinder winds tighter and a neater bobbin than the Viking machines. I've even reused the empty prewound bobbin spools on it.

    Hi,

I didn't like mine, it didn't fill my bobbins for my Babylock full enough and besides both my machines have the option of filling your bobbin while you still are sewing....love that!
I gave mine to my sister-in-law and she seems to like it.

I have one and have used it some but it doesn't seem like it winds the bobbin as tight as the sewing machine. Sometimes it is just as easy when you run out to do it on the machine. If I had it to do over I would not purchase it.
