    Default star block

Have just got back in to quilting and have to make some star blocks for xmas exchange. They have to be 6 1/2 and turn out to be 6 inch finished. Have not done them in a very long time and do not know how to make. Could someone help me with a simple cute pattern. Can be scrappy or just 3 colors. Would be very grateful!!
    thanks,
    judy

Again, let Google be your friend. Look for "6" Star Blocks" and enjoy!

Four 1.5” by 3” finished Flying Geese, four 1.5” finished background squares, and one 3” star square makes a Sawtooth Star.

I, too, suggest quilter's cache. http://www.quilterscache.com. You can look by block type or size. Great resource.

I agree with the others, go to quilterscache.com and search by block size.
