    Default stitchin sisters event

Anybody been to this machine embroidery event. I am going to one 2 day event in 2 weeks, just wanted to know what to bring, what to expect. I know they provide machines, lunch, and supplies. Do most just bring a notepad for notes and techniques. I am a newbie to embroidery so want to get the most out of this event. I am going to bring my machine embroidery quilting book for eileen roche to sign. I am all excited, but have never been to an embroidery event/seminar and don't know what to expect

A LQS does a program called Hoop Sisters. I don't have an embroidery machine so have never attended. Have a great time!

I worked one of those events a little over a year ago. (I helped everyone with their machines and answered questions.)
You will have a great time. Really everything is provided and you will make a number of different items. The hoops , programs all the items they sponcer , is formated for all brands of embroidery machines. I use the Magna Hoop all the time and I love the target stickers. Really, anyone that has the chance to attend one of these events should go.

I attended one of these in San Antonio in August - it was well worth the cost- fun and educational. Lots of items to buy at a great price. I took a note pad but didn't use it. You will enjoy the 2 days.
