I like them both -- since you say they are for twins, they are both similar enough and different enough to be really cool.

the one with the white border directs more attention to the pattern, where the red draws focus to the whole quilt. They both look nice, hard to choose one. Which ever you decide will be beautiful. When your finished be sure to post a photo for us to see
