I’m glad to see I wasn’t the only one distracted this month! I am satisfied with the amount of work I accomplished this weekend. And tomorrow is another day 😀

I finished quilting 2 top this weekend. I stayed up until 02AM to finish the 2nd one on Saturday. Then had to get up at 0630 to return the baby top to its owner. I was so tired Sunday all I did was sleep most of the day. I figure I will sew some more on Monday. Have a great month everyone. See you next time.

Well, I did not get the top finished, but I made significant progress. I need 6 more BIG blocks that are made of 4 blocks each. So 24 more to go! Most are cut out and some small blocks finished. Goal is to have it finished by May 31.

well.... I did get a backing loaded on my frame. Tomorrow hoping to get the top and batting loaded, get my machine oiled, wind some bobbins and be ready to quilt it on Wednesday. This one is the last Bonnie mystery. Then, I have two more of Bonnies mystery quilts ready to load. We have an air quality warning for at least tomorrow as the winds will bring down the smoke from the Canadian fires. Really hope we do get some rain but I think this fire season is going to be a bad one.
