    Default What is an EQ?

On reading a recent post in the Tutorial section I notice a reference to an EQ. Can anybody please tell me what type of machine this is.

EQ is almost as much fun as a sewing machine - I make a lot more "virtual" quilts these days than fabric ones.

I love being able to try out different arrangements, borders, fabrics, colors, etc. If you like to play with computer graphics programs or you're still using graph paper and colored pencils to design your own quilts (or tweak someone else's) you should give it a try. It's so much fun, it should be illegal.

Are there any programs that are trial programs so that you can play with it to see if it is really something that you want to invest in?
