Just returned from a two week trip to Oregon. I had such a wonderful time. I had never been there before. We had a few rainy days so I visited some quilt stores of course. One in Canon Beach, one in Newport and one in Astoria. Of course I made some wonderful purchases. Can't wait to start a couple of quilts with my new purchases. Glad to be home though.

Sounds like fun. And it's always nice to come home too.

Your post brings back happy memories of all the retreats I attended in Florence, Oregon while living in CA. And I just adored the fabric shop in Canon Beach - not to mention the wonderful ocean scenery. I soooooo miss my ocean.

I really did spend most of my time looking in awe at the beautiful scenery. It is a most spectacular state. Went to quilt shops when it rained.
