I have my Singer treadle, a newish Brother, and my old Kenmore, and have found 2 treadles to restore. I have started looking at the Morse Fotomatic my husband found for me, and all the reviews say it's a wonderful work horse of a machine. I downloaded the manual, which seems to be one of the best and simplest manuals I've read. I really don't need another machine and wonder if I should pass this jewel on to someone who will use and appreciate it. What would you do?

If you are sure you do not want to keep it I think it would be wonderful to find a new home for it. We have vintage sewing machines. Only one is a treadle in cabinet, singer 201. Originally it came with a Red Eye and I have that head only on display.

Some times though I think I feel bad having multiple machines as I use some more and others almost never. Try to think of it as collecting and saving antique machines.

    Either way is fine.
