I love the yo-yo garland. I think that will be a requirement this year. You must have your pic taken in a santa hat for my garland for next year. My soninlaw left of Afghanistan yesterday. Guess he will have to wait.

Gift bags made from Christmas fabric are easy and fun to make to sell and can be used year after year. You can also buy fabric for children. Use regular ribbon and not package ribbon in a pocket sewn approx. 1-1-2 to 2" from the top. I have even custom made some to fit unusual items, i.e. a fishing pole.

There have been so many ideas posted, I went to my Christmas stash and began cutting a fabric into 12 inch repeats to make some table toppers, I have had the fabric for 4 years and now I have an idea. I also am making rug mugs or snack mats for young uns, plus I have three kid quilts in the process. I wonder if we will all finish our great plans. Back to the cutting board.
