Happy 4th..plan on working on a Bargello..it's too hot in Arizona for me to go to a park and picnic..lol !!! Have it all ready to put together..this is the fun part !!

Cleaning up and putting away after an 18-day road trip. Purchases from several quilt stores to sort and get ready to use or stash. Resting. Happy 4th to all.

I'm working on my doll quilt for the July Doll Quilt Swap. I had designed it out, then had a 3 day brain freeze on how to contstruct a part of it. Finally figured it out last night, so 7:30 this morning I got started. I think I will be able to get the top pieced today.

Not today, but I did finish up (FINALLY) my DD's quilt yesterday. I will post pictures when I get them taken. I just have to put the foot pocket on the back with the label. I did the last of the FMQ yesterday and the binding and really like how it came out. I still have a long way to go, but... I'm getting there.

I'd be sewing today, but I'm waiting until the LQS sale to get my new project underway. That is in a few weeks. I'm not sure I can wait that long though... might have to get a little project going.

DH has finished putting together the frame for my new Avante and I dieing to get something put in to play with. So I figure that will take up alot of my day. Happy 4th of July!

The ribs are in the smoker, the fixens for the 'tater salad are all cut up and the potatoes are boiling right now. The boys are out on the motorcycles and I am about to hit the LA rack as soon as I turn the potatoes off. Life is good! Happy 4th!!
