The good news is that I'm on the road to recovery...the bad news is it required an IV of antiobiotics, several breathing treatments and about 8 hours in the ER. But, I'm a new person today. And OMG, I had the cutest doctor ever!!! Italian guy with blue eyes...I about feel over when he walked in. I was looking GROSS, sweaty, smelly, all the fun joys of being really sick. If I were single, I would have been chasing him down the hall!! So, there was bright side to the ER, for sure.

I hope to be up and photograph Pam's cute little baby doll quilt tomorrow and post pix!! Thanks again Pam, I do love her!! And wait until you see what an adorable label she made - it's really pretty with nice stiching all around it!

I'm glad you are starting to feel better! Nothing like a hot doctor to "do the job". lol
You know, I've heard chocolate helps with the recovery too! ;)

If he was that good, I think I would be prepared to forgo the chocolate in favour of the doc.

Think I'm feeling a little sick. Maybe green with envy. You lucky girl! And Italian to boot!

Watched "Under the Tuscan Sun" while I finished the B & Y swap blocks the other night. Oh if I were young and single.

Oh, hi honey , what ya need? (Caught in the act of daydreaming)

Oops - Forgot to say I'm glad you are doing much better. That crud hit me three weeks ago, I had two rounds of antibiotics, nose spray, and I almost ended up in the hospital, but drank lots of fluids, rested, and prayed alot since I don't have health insurance. Don't try and do too much if possible. You need to rest so you can heal completely. Take care.

I got this beautiful batik quilt from dimplesinjuly. The colors are beautiful, and the little heart label is so sweet.

I also received some wonderful surprises, the buttons are really neat, they have a little garden scene on them, and I just love the purple FQs.

Collen, Thanks for being such a great swap partner, and for making my first swap even more fun than I thought it would be. Can't wait to see how you like yours, hope you get it tomorrow.
