I just took out those beautiful blocks - oh my!! the applique and paper piecing surpasses any other boom i have been in. The quality of the pieced blocks are amazing - 12.5" and 1/4" seams. Spot on
AND - I have an extra block!! There were two in one of Hav4boys bags and GramE had an additional one that wasn't posted. Hmm - so thank you!

I got my blocks and thank you all for the amazing beautiful blocks. I haven’t opened them all, been struggling with the weather and my body and my central nervous system.spring has to get here soon. I’m hoping to make extra blocks so I can get two quilts out of these beauties. Thank you all for your time and creativity.

Thank you Janice for a wonderfully organized group. There is something about making such a variety of blocks out of different fabrics that makes a Boom such an adventure. And I learned a lot about what I can and cannot do this time round. maybe next spring I can do it again.

Travelinggramma, love your new avatar quilt. Is it dogs? Very pretty. Love your colors.

GramE I hope you get some Springlike weather soon. And I hope you do join us again in another Boom.

The reason I haven't said anything about my blocks is because I don't have them yet. They look beautiful in the gallery, but I opted to save on postage and get Azaleas shipped with Begonias this time. Can't wait to see all of your beautiful work in person, tho!

I’m happy those of you who posted are pleased with your blocks. About half the group opted to wait for their begonias blocks so I’m sure there will be additional commentary in a few weeks.
