My DDIL is an Interior Designer, and she is interested in helping me design wall hangings with my 24 blocks and using them for clients. Does anyone have objections to me using them that way? Should I PM the people whose blocks I would use?

dojo: That's pretty in a different way than the red. I have a gold/yellow I was thinking of using. Maybe a black border around the outside yellow before the border would help show off the yellow. I hope to get started on my b&w squares any day now. I do have some red though...... Maybe one of each!

Joanne: I think that they are now your blocks to do what you want to with them. JMHO

Thanks Dojo - and I think I have 1 of your blocks, so that's 1 ok, 22 to go!

that wasn't me that said that, that was suziequilt but i feel the same way. the blocks are yours to do with what you want, makes no difference who cares or who don't care. it was a legal willing swap of all involved with no restrictions on what anybody does with the blocks that they receive. i feel you don't have to wait for anybody's permission, just DO WHATEVER you want with them.

I don't know if you have one of my blocks or not - but if you do, it's yours to do with as you wish - I would be thrilled to have one made into a wall-hanging - (it would be fun to see what it looked like, tho)
