NCquilter, Thanks for checking in and letting us know you, yourself, are OK. Sounds like you have had your hands full and this swap is "for fun", so don't stress yourself about timing. We just seem to be a fast turn group, but you still have plenty of time to get yours done. I sincerely hope your life will be more settled in this next month...Hard to believe Sept. is right around the corner!!!

ruck9085 - Just posted your finished block. Don't peek if you don't want to see. With this holiday weekend, I probably won't get this mailed till at least Tuesday......

Well, frenchfryqueen, it was LABOR day! Can't say I got much accomplished yesterday except fixing all the food for family. But today I got back to my blocks and have four ready to go into the mail tomorrow. Will get pix into my album tomorrow too.

Yep! Since I have been so productive this week, today I'll help a friend finish a UFO on my machine. She is one of the beginners in our church charitable quilting group that I co-lead. She chose fabric for a special needs child who is very close to her a year and a half ago. And she has been working on the quilt ever since...she has had an awful time with bunching on the backing and ripped out rows many times. I think we can get this done on my machine with my walking foot in about an hour. Of course, had she asked, I would not have recommended she get the seersucker fabrics she used!!
