We only make homemade ice cream in the winter. We use snow and salt to freeze it. No one around here makes it in the summer, too many dairy bars serving soft serve ice cream in the summer.

K, You crack me up with your antics.

I knew Blaze & Melissa was getting married this year, I just
hadn't known a date had been set for the wedding.

    My congrats to them both.

    Lovely dress that you selected.

Ladies, I just wish I had the nerve to get one of those empress dresses and show up in it! Actually, I do have the nerve ... Rod just wouldn't let me in the car with it on! I wish I had one of those HUGE dresses from "My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding" -- one with lights in it! I wanted to make a veil for Melissa with lights in it but ... well, she's no fun. I'm amazed she's putting on a dress at all.

Ooooo! Lightbulb moment! I'll get some LED lights and put in in my dress for my dance with my son! I'm doing it! Off to shop online!
