I mailed my partner her RWB mug rug today. Maybe you will receive on Tuesday.

I sometimes think it depends on who is working at the window. When I first started swapping, I would ask the same questions every time I went in. Just to make sure I was getting the right information. Now they know what I want when I go in ... it took a while to train them!

I finally have the price down to less than $3.50. I use the machine in lobby and use first class package. It comes with tracking number on receipt.

annt59, your post office is more advanced than mine Just a little rural, open 4 hours a day, only 2 on Saturday, no machine in the lobby.....and it's just easier for me to put it on and have the receipt here before I ever go. That's what I get for being rural....international is an experience and not one I do very often. Flat rate priority is way more expensive for a mug rug...think it's $6.80 now with the new rate. I usually make a set of them and it's never over $4.00 with tracking. You'll just have to check and see what works for you.

    Thanks Lynnie,

    No problem Jaba.

Ctyankee, yes I posted a pic first and then Scrapper posted her own.

I send my packages always with tracking number, but not priority, and they always get there and just as fast for me. They are so much cheaper for me too, and usually around $3 something. I do go priority if I ever do the Christmas Swap at the end of the year, but there is so much more to it that I have to do it that way.

Oh boy did I luck out this time. Robinlee did my mug rug with my state. It reminds me of those old state themed linens. And I got candy, tea, two Alaskan themed FQs, and a cute postcard. I can look at the postcard and dream of temperatures below 108. Thank you so much.
