Oh we MUST meet up sometime.
Colorado Fabrics is about 1 mile south of where I live, so I go there
quite often.

Just got back from the PO. Hope you like them. I had first thought I was going to order them but had to go to my local fabric shop yesterday and she was having a sale. On a side note, I too am having machine problems. Was working on a block and the tension was off. After fixing it the needle took off then jammed. I called Brother. Since it is under warranty I was told to take it to have it repaired. After a stern talk and me forwarding him the confirmation from Brother he told me it was a 2 week process. I was lucky that my LFS has one she allows to be "checked" out.

Tracey (queenof2802) -- You package is in the mail too -- should be there in 3 days, hope you like them! So glad your Brother is still under warranty and that the shop had a back-up machine so you can keep on sewing. I need to take my Bernina in and keep putting it off cause I don't want to be without it.
Louise (quilty-louise) -- We should absolutely get together for coffee or pie or something! I don't have any quilty friends here ... yet. I live a bit further south close to C470, Colorado Fabrics is an easy 15 minute drive for me, so not far at all PM me and we can set something up

Can't wait to see what you sent, batiks are so much fun. Mine are going out this afternoon after work. Sorry, they were on the cupboard to take yesterday and I went off and forgot them.

Thanks Kif. I am having fun with my monthly blocks challenge. My sister, got to kick her in the butt, want to see what she is doing, lol. March batiks should make an interesting block. Doesn't anyone want to join in this challenge?
