    Wow! The blocks are getting better and better as we go along. Moosegirl you are sooo talented! You all are! I've yet to accomplish applique.

    you should try applique it is so easy. There really is no wrong way (my feelings) as its your project and as long as you are happy it is good. So go ahead and try!!!

    With all the talk in the news about swine flu and the regular flu, I thought you had some kind of new flu when I first read your post. I'm thinking to myself, I've never heard of a flu called "swap fever" before. Then I read it again and laughed at myself! :lol: :lol:

    Just recv'd anothe block from Buddysmom and it is a great pattern to go in my sampler red.blk/white piece I will make sometime this year. On the subject of applique - there all many methods so if one doesn't work, try another. If machine appliquing use light weight fusible and tight zig zag or buttonhole stitch. If hand applique try freezer paper face down or face up method. Just alittle practice gives great results and worth the time. Moosegirl
