Yes!! and that fabric she used just really makes it look like it is coming right at you. thats what caught my eye
Thank you ladies. I have truly enjoyed this swap and the ability to try new blocks :-) I am still learning as I go so every day is a new adventure for me.
I will have to pull all of mine together and post a picture-they have all been just beautiful!

I am glad you liked it. I was hoping to find the pattern for one I made on my wall hanging that had it's wings kind of spread. I cleaned my paperpiecing binder someplace......Don't know how I am going to find anything after I finish cleaning my sewing room. LOL. I think I am the most unorganized 'organized' person, why I seem to end up on organizing committees is beyond me. I do have to pretend to be organized so I can keep track of everything that pretains to caring for my DH so when he needs something, right now, I can put my hands on it.
It is so frustrating for him not to be able to see and get things himself.

Danny: If you need to get a few extra blocks in, I would be happy to do an extra swap in February. Just pm me and let me know, Gwyn

kysmommy... your block is finished! It'll be in the mail today. I think it's pretty, I hope you will too! Love working with pink and green! :) I haven't settled on blocks for my other two partners yet...

Oh... What the best/easiest way to send individual blocks? I'd assume a regular envelope and stamp is fine?
