Row Robin 2012/2013 GROUP #5

I had to go look that up. On that sheet, when you see the dotted lines it indicates sew. I used paper foundations for the flying geese and then for the center square, I drew that exact line on the back of the fabric, sewed it, trimmed & pressed open. I used the same method as Lisa for the HST's. If you need a foundation for the flying geese, PM me your email address and I will send you something that is print-able.

I finally got the right mix of purples for the DIVA quilt and started working on it tonight. I took a preview picture of the first block and then another picture of the purples I'm going to be using. In that first picture, I haven't entirely gotten the block together yet (just in case you're wondering about that). Hopefully I will have the entire row together by tomorrow night, Monday at the latest.
I can't seem to get the pictures to upload so I just added a page to my website - click the link (or copy/paste into your URL).

I found it at Joann's. It's supposed to be kind of like the design you see in an oil slick on the road? It's pretty cool looking.

I've been thinking the same thing. I'd love to see some pictures before our next mailing deadline. Any row scheduled to come my way can come any time. I'm caught up on all my projects right now.

That is #1 on my calendar for tomorrow. I'm hoping I can get it in the mail Friday, latest on Saturday. The end of the semester came rolling in like a tornado and I was caught a bit unawares.
