The get together for the E Cobb show will be on Sun after noon. The plan is meet sometime before 4 when Jeannie will have to pick up the shoe quilt and support her as she receives admirers at the quilt and then a dinner out some where. I'm not going to be in town, so talk amongst yourselves and use this thread to agree where to meet, where to eat and have fun!

As luck will have it, my calender has filled up all around that date, but Sunday is still open. I'm not familiar with anything around there, as I'll be coming from Augusta. Tell me where and when, I'll see you guys then.

As well you should be Jeannie. You have a unique work in many ways. Just having it accepted is a great honor. Will you have your fabric line there too? Cards? Anything? Can hardly wait to see you with the piece actually hanging a show.

I'm so sorry we won't be here, silly nephew picking next weekend for his marriage, but we're driving up and hope to be on the road tomorrow if no more problems....enjoy your day guys!

Jeannie's quilt is on Row G, just past mid-way! I was white glover in that section yesterday and had THE MOST FUN pointing out the painted shoes to any attendee who even slightly hesitated in the area ;-).
