    Default 2 T-shirt quilts done & gone!

My next door neighbor asked if I would make him a quilt using his father's t-shirts. Then he decided to have one made for his sister. So, I split up the bunch of shirts to make 2 of them. Just delivered them last night. I found they were much easier than I thought to make along the way. The first pic is of him with his quilt, the 2nd pic is his sisters.

I've always wanted to make one of these. One of these days I need to hit up Salvation Army and pick out some t-shirts.

Those are great. I think t-shirt quilts get a bad rap, I love to make them

Great quilts! I've never made a t-shirt quilt but love the idea. You've inspired me. So many quilts to make...so little time.
