Default 2009 Designer Fat Quarter Shop BOM finally finished :)

It only took me six years! This quilt just couldn't seem to hold my attention, but I forced myself to finish it and I'm so relieved! The blue center threw me. It just seems wrong for the quilt. And I would have chose the tonal solid brown or red for the binding.... but I didn't get to pick

I used a light/medium green Glide thread, Hobbs 80/20 batting, and panto I used is called Abundant Feathers.

Glad you perservered! I love it. The colors/fabric are wonderful and a lot of the blocks are stars which I really like :-) The quilting is great too. Someone will LOVE this quilt.

Absolutley beautiful quilt! I would not have chosen that blue either but in the end, I think it looks great! You did a wonderful job on the piecing and the quilting.

Sometimes it better to let someone else to think out of the box for us. I like your quilt.
