    Thanks for sharing this site.
There's been a recent news story of donations taken for quilts that were never done and the money is gone. That's just one bad apple though.

Those are amazing to see. Thanks for sharing the link. One thing I hope we do not forget during this 10 year commemoration of 9-11 is that a whole lot of soldiers have lost their lives fighting in two wars that probably would not have occurred were it not for 9-11. IMHO this makes them 9-11 victims as well.

That's very thoughtful, Linda. Thank you.

Thanks for the link, Bebe. Is anyone making anything related to the anniversary? I have a small piece in the works.

Here's the Baby Jane people poured their hearts into after 911.

In 2001 my best friend and I flew to Houston from the west Texas area for International Quilt Festival for the first time. My children were worried, but I told them, it was probably the safest time to fly...one month after 9-11-01!!! The festival organizers hastily put together a quilt exhibit in honor of the 9-11-01 tragedy. It was an awesome exhibit and I will never forget it. My thoughts and prayers are still with those effected by this tragedy.
