    Default African Kanga done

This fall I asked for help in making a quilt for my niece from this fabric she brought back from Africa. I decided on a BQ pattern. I traced the shape of the flower in the fabric to create a design for the quilting.

Pretty quilt, and that was an inspired idea to use the flowers in the quilt for the quilting design.

It's beautiful and making your quilting design from the flowers in the fabric is a wonderful idea. It turned out so well!
