Default Another Flying Home by Pam Bono

Here is my version of Flying Home, made for QS bed with extra row of birds etc. I began Pam Bono designs with her Rectrangles New Quick Piecing Tricks by Leisure Arts, but free to Pam's Club Members back then; Blocks were 17" square so I made 2 single sized quilts instead of the King but I learned all her techniques then went on to set 6 tops in 8 weeks from Quick Rotary Cutter Quilts and others; we get hooked on Pam's designs very easily.

Love it! Especially the fact that the geese are pieced, not applique.

Great top! I love seeing the resurgence in people using her patterns. A great memorial for a gifted designer.

I love it. Aren't all of these pieced? I know ours was.

Beautiful quilt. I love doing a Pam Bono quilt...first one scared me to death but once I made it I was "off and running". I have a pattern for a Santa on the door..makes me think I should get it out and get it going!
