    I posted this picture in my thread about our local quilt show. One of the members asked me what the name of it is and I don't know. She would like to use this pattern. Does anyone recognize it? I can try to track down the owner but if someone knows it that would be easier.

    I would call it marvelously fussy. but I've never seen it in a book. Reminds me of the quilts I saw in England many years ago. They were all hand pieced and hand quilted. What an endeavor! Thanks for posting.

    It looks like a version of a wedding ring block. I saw one very close to it last week, but naturally, now I can't find it.

    Maybe Antique wedding ring? It also looks alot like Caesars crown.

    Looks very similar to King David's Crown
