I officially have way too many patterns! I know I have this pattern somewhere but I can't remember the name of it. I've drawn it the best I remember. The 4 patch sections are scrappy but the gray parts were black in the pattern. The pieces are cut to make 12" blocks. There might even be another row or 2 in the original.

i think it is a 4patch rail fence or thats what it looks like to me

I don't know, sorry can't help.
BUT I must say I love the pattern and I just came home with a bolt of Kona black that I could use to make one.
