I think that's such an intriguing pattern. I checked for the book on amazon.co.uk. I was amazed it was out in 1995! I have never seen the book nor anyone's attempt at making one.

I just ordered a used one off there for £10 plus postage! :-D I thought the same - how's that been around all that time and stayed under the radar? We'll see when the book comes! :-D
