    Hi drose, my book came. Looks very intriguing though time consuming but I like the idea that I am designing my own unique quilt. I'm in the process of reading the book through then I'll start with some of her suggested 'exercises'. Such fun! Thanks for introducing me to this! :-D :-D :-D

    Not yet - I want to finish reading it right through and have a go at some of the design exercises to really understand colour, light, value etc. But I like the assymetrical grids and the ribbons on page 46 'Running With Margaret' so probably something along those lines. I printed some graph paper off the internet and I'll get my colouring pencils out and experiment! :-D
