Default Blue and Yellow Baby Quilt

My most recently finished project is a baby quilt. I think it turned out pretty good. I had made the top years ago, then a friend of mine was gonna be a grandma, so decided to pull out the old top and finish it for her grandson.

The top is a Bow Tie Pattern, but instead of piecing triangles they are folded into the seam creating pockets for little fingers to explore. It is also tied, and because it was for an infant, I got the strings wet before knotting them as tight as I could. The back it black and white because that stimulates little brains better, and the dedication it written with a fabric pen.

Wonderful baby quilt! Little fingers need things to explore! The ties will probably be entertaining, too. Great job!
