    I agree with irishrose here. I really like the dark border on the outside, but would like a little more contrast between the narrow blue strip and the blue border. A narrow dark border first would do that. It wouldn't have to be brown, just something dark.

    I'm with you, I like the darker one next to the quilt. To me its contrast makes the quilt pop.

    I like the 2nd picture - dark side in the best to my eye -- but both are lovely !!
