I have a book called "A Collector's Dictionary of Quilts". It has 2,400 different quilt pattern.
In this book the block you have it is called "NIGHT AND DAY". I know that Eleanor Burns has a different version of Night and Day, but that is the name of the block in the book I have.

Yes indeed! Night and Day, not the Eleanor Burns version.
