    Default Charity quilts for January

A group of ladies and I get together every 4 to 6 weeks to donate blankets for Project Linus. Here are 2 that I made for January. The blue one is made with scraps from my grandson's quilt and light blue given to me by my mother. Backing is Blizzard fleece from JoAnne's. Yellow one is made from scraps of flannel donated to our group. I used batting in this one with a light pinwale corduroy for backing. I tied this one so that it would be fluffy.

I really like that first one; I like simple and classic designs. Lucky Project Linus!
