Default chinese indigo birds-machine embroidered quilt

i learned to digitize a few years ago & this was the first quilt i digitized & stitched out. i included a rather blurry image of one of the blocks. i outlined all the designs & stippled in between them, so the quilt looks as though it's one piece, but is actually 30 blocks with a narrow flange and a border.

the name of the quilt is from the book of clip art i used (from dover publications).

i'd be glad to send you the designs. you'll need an embroidery machine with an 8" hoop.

This also looks like the BFC creations from a few years ago except theirs was all white on blue fabric. It is very pretty

Beautiful embroidery, Chris, and excellent idea to stipple all around so as to make it look like one piece of background fabric
