I just finished cutting a Carolina Chain in Christmas fabrics today! It used more than fifty different prints. You are going to have FUN with those!

The leader of our charity quilting group, a 90-something little General, decided she wanted her vast stash of Christmas fabrics to be used and she had already made everyone in her family Christmas quilts, table runners, placemats, etc. So she gave it all to the group and we are challenged to make Christmas quilts to give out to patients who are hospitalized over the Christmas holidays. It's not only FUN, but rewarding to think that someone who is lonely in the hospital at Christmas will be comforted and loved to receive a Christmas quilt.

    Just a thought!

What a good sister you have! One of my sisters sent me her Christmas stash also. I made a Country wreath quilt out of it.
