    Default Christmas Sewing in July

During the hot months I like to sew on smaller projects. These are a few that I've made and will donate to our church's bazaar in November. I have used mostly scraps and older fabrics!

Excellent! I should start my Christmas sewing in JULY as well. It might get finished by December then, lol. Well done!

My sister heard this somewhere (not sure of source): Set the 25th of each month aside to sew on a Christmas project. I have been doing this for a UFO needleturn appliqué project since the beginning of the year. I usually prep pieces one month and sew next month. I feel I am making progress and giving a Christmas gift to myself each month!!!
    PS, love your items!!!

Beautiful projects for Christmas and for a worthy endeavor. I have been sewing for a Christmas Boutique and really enjoy spreading it out. I, like Giquilt, designate specific days to do this sewing. Otherwise, I can get tangled up in the tyranny of the immediate.
